Mixed Plates is a brand-new digital cooking series that will run on the web or streaming. Host Frank Buckley will interview and cook with interesting and engaging people from all walks of life.
This series will explore their Mixed Plates of ethnicity through the guest’s family food recipes brought over from their home country. These recipes have been mixed with American traditions.
The guests will be celebrities, journalists, entrepreneurs, thought leaders, politicians, real characters and some of Frank’s friends. Some may actually be professional chefs.
The recipes are unique and delicious dishes that cross cultural boundaries. They’re completely normal to us. They’re our comfort foods.
We all eat them. Think about Korean tacos, Mexican cheeseburgers, California sushi roll and more.
